  • Processing and maintaining the accounting records, based on the invoices issued or received by your company, together with all the documents and additional operations (cashing by receipt papers recorded into Cash Register, cashing by bank papers recorded into Bank Register and so on);
  • Keeping the mandatory registers (Journal Register, Inventory Register and Bookkeeping Register) in accordance with the legislation requirements;
  • Monitoring the receipts and payments related to customers and vendors by drawing up the documents for the third parties;
  • Preparing the centralized document of expenses and incomes for any specific period requested by the client;
  • Drawing up the VAT accounting registers by law;
  • Drawing up the monthly accounting balance based on the existing documents;
  • Calculating the profit / income tax;
  • Drawing up the semester and annual balance sheet by law;
  • Keeping the Fixed Assets Register and the assets depreciation;
  • Keeping the supplies evidence by quantity and price, based on the existing documents provided by the client;
  • Organizing the cost accounting management for specific conditions;
  • Assisting the organizing of activities regarding the basic accounting management (supplies, cash office and so on);
  • Drawing up the pay sheets based on the documents received from the Human Resources Department;
  • Preparing and submitting the monthly financial statements and reports (related to the payment obligations to the national budget) to the governmental institutions;
  • Preparing and submitting the discount regarding VAT and tax returns;
  • Preparing and submitting the yearly income tax statement;
  • Presenting the company’s situation on a monthly meeting;
  • Offering fiscal assistance regarding the business under contract.
